Effective 01/01/2009, Aaeon is pleased to announce a new 2 year warranty service on all Aaeon products.
In order to exceed customer expectations and retain a competitive edge, AAEON will offer 2 years (24 months) warranty for all of its standard products including hard drive disk and LCD panels.

RMA:

All return and repair services require a valid RMA number; it will be valid for 10 days after issuance. When sending an item back for repair, please do not ship back the accessories (cable, CPU, manual) unless they are related to the problem. The RMA number must be marked on the out side of the shipping box (not the product carton box). Any unauthorized return will be rejected. For your convenience, you can submit RMA request online or download our RMA request form.
